What our Clients have to say

After hearing my problems, Girish Jha suggested me to read the book on Mindfulness. I started the practice myself and experienced rest and relaxation. Later, I attended 10 week program which was informative, educative, and practical. Every week, his tips helped me manage my anxiety and day to day stress.

I was not able to cope up with my stress and anxiety at workplace. When I first went to his weekly class, he asked me, “What are my expectations from the class.” He responded with smile, “yes, this is my forte, but promise me to keep the state of inner calm and peace 24X7 after the practice.”
After the practice, I realized, how easy it is for him, to help people like me. Now I have been attending his program regularly for over 3 years. I learn something new, every week.

Achieve Well-being, Awaken to peace, happiness, wisdom and love

What is Mindfulness?

Simply put, mindfulness is a series of simple steps that unlocks our consciousness so we can discover our inner peace and happiness.

Why is this important?

Research studies suggest that mindfulness is an effective way to manage stress/P.A.I.N. (anxiety, stress, sleep disturbances etc.) and find our inner peace and happiness.

How do I start?

Read the 43 page book to understand the philosophy explained in simple English. Read the steps to mindfulness. Find a place in your home and put these steps into practice. In as little as 9 minutes you can see a world of difference.

Are there any religious undertones in this practice?

No. All of our programs and practices are free from cult, dogma and religion. We believe in your potential to discover peace and happiness within.

Peace is my essential nature?

Yes, we all have the potential to be peaceful, happy, loving. Mindfulness helps us find it.
